Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience supervising others preferred
  • Certification in ServeSafe required
  • Ability to work night shifts with additional pay
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions and complaints
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two-year degree in a business related field preferred
  • Successful completion of certification testing as needed
  • One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Any other legally required certification

Job Duties

  • Back-up the Store Manager by giving input on recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of the store team
  • Provide input into scheduling
  • Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns timely
  • Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs among the team
  • Follow-up on responses from customer service shops, quality assurance audits, secret shops and SMG surveys
  • Oversee kitchen operations including recipes, proper portioning and product rotation
  • Create build-to’s and manage orders and store organization
  • Manage inventory and identify waste elimination opportunities
  • Impact cost savings by monitoring waste, expenses and variance
  • Oversee food service rollouts
