Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience supervising others preferred
- Certification in ServeSafe required
- Ability to work night shifts with additional pay
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and complaints
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year degree in a business related field preferred
- Successful completion of certification testing as needed
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
- ServeSafe certification
- Any other legally required certification
Job Duties
- Back-up the Store Manager by giving input on recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of the store team
- Provide input into scheduling
- Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns timely
- Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs among the team
- Follow-up on responses from customer service shops, quality assurance audits, secret shops and SMG surveys
- Oversee kitchen operations including recipes, proper portioning and product rotation
- Create build-to’s and manage orders and store organization
- Manage inventory and identify waste elimination opportunities
- Impact cost savings by monitoring waste, expenses and variance
- Oversee food service rollouts
