The company prides itself on its family-oriented culture and dedication to fostering the professional and personal development of its associates. As part of the Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., the organization embraces family values and strives to create an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported.

Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This position is central to ensuring the successful operation of a single restaurant, helping maintain the brand’s high standards for guest experience and financial performance. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in hiring, managing, and directing store associates to meet business objectives, all while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The company offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, which lasts three or more weeks, designed to prepare new leaders for success by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mentorship.

This role is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a respected and expanding restaurant company. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing effective management practices, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The job requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in areas with high temperatures and noise levels. Panda Express is committed to accessibility and provides reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Joining Panda Express means becoming part of a vibrant and supportive community that values diversity, equal opportunity, and the ongoing development of its employees. The company is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment free from discrimination based on characteristics protected by law, such as gender, race, disability, age, and more. This role offers a chance to contribute to a trusted brand known for exceptional Asian dining experiences while building a rewarding career path within a family-oriented organization.
