The company is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences by fostering an organizational culture that inspires its associates to improve both their professional and personal lives. This is evident in the company's strong focus on family values, community engagement, and associate development.
Panda Express offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where respect, diversity, and equal opportunity are prioritized. The company actively supports the growth of its employees by providing comprehensive training programs, mentorship, and ongoing support through their Panda community. This approach not only encourages employee success but also ensures customers receive outstanding service and consistently positive experiences.
The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is an excellent opportunity for experienced leaders who are eager to advance their careers in restaurant management within a reputable and fast-paced industry leader. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single store, supporting the overall business objectives by managing daily operations, hiring and training staff, directing associates, and ensuring the achievement of financial goals. This position is integral to maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with Panda Express's brand standards and values.
Panda Express is committed to preparing candidates for success by providing paid Store Management Leadership Training that lasts for three or more weeks. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead store teams effectively and optimize business performance. The Assistant Manager position requires strong leadership capabilities, a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, and a dedication to upholding food safety standards such as Serve Safe certification. The role also involves working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments where associates are expected to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
This employment opportunity is suitable for individuals who thrive in dynamic work settings, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities. As part of Panda Express's commitment to equal employment opportunities, they encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide accommodations to candidates with disabilities during the hiring process. Panda Express values safety, respect, and growth, making it an ideal workplace where motivated individuals can build rewarding careers and contribute meaningfully to both their teams and communities.
