The company is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This role is pivotal in driving the operational success of individual stores by overseeing store activities, supporting team members, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Panda Express provides comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training to equip new managers with the skills required for success. This program, spanning three or more weeks, offers mentorship and support by the Panda community, fostering a nurturing environment where leaders can thrive.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, including hiring, directing, and managing associates to achieve financial goals and operational excellence. You will play a direct role in maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and readiness to work in any store within a 50-mile radius. Panda Express emphasizes a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where adaptability, effective communication, and conflict resolution are vital. Adherence to food safety standards is also mandatory, with Serve Safe certification being a required qualification.
