Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join its store management team as Assistant Managers. Your key responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. To prepare you for success, Panda Express provides a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks. This training includes mentorship and ongoing support from the extensive Panda community that genuinely cares about your success. The role requires flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the assigned store and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. The position also requires Serve Safe certification to ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to.
