The company thrives on its mission to deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences while fostering an organizational culture centered on family values, community engagement, and continuous personal and professional growth for its associates. Renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Panda Express remains a dynamic and forward-thinking employer dedicated to supporting its team members' long-term success and well-being.

This role is pivotal in supporting the operation of a single store by overseeing various functions such as hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The position offers paid store management leadership training and ongoing mentorship from seasoned leaders within the Panda community, demonstrating the company's investment in your career development. Assistant Managers are empowered to drive store success through hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment characterized by high standards and a commitment to operational excellence. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with the expectation to work weekends and possibly travel within a 50-mile radius to different store locations. This employment opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about leadership, team building, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality setting. To prepare for leadership responsibilities, new Assistant Managers will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting three or more weeks, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their role. Panda Express values diversity and inclusiveness, actively supporting equal employment opportunities and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The company is dedicated to providing a supportive work environment that accommodates individual needs and promotes a positive workplace culture. Joining Panda Express as an Assistant Manager means becoming part of a family that is dedicated to not only your professional journey but also your personal growth and overall success.
