The facility is currently seeking an Assistant Manager of the Hotel to join their dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring that the Front Office operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing attentive and courteous service to all guests from check-in to check-out. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maximizing room revenue and occupancy by supervising daily front desk activities, motivating staff, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. This position demands a leader who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also personable and effective in communication. The Assistant Manager will be involved in coordinating VIP arrivals, managing room availability, handling special guest requests, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years Front Office experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to handle stress and maintain composure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal skills requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Detail oriented
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of a lead role or supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years Front Office experience in a hotel

Job Duties
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction while maximizing room revenue by supervising Front Office operations
- Complete the checklist as designed to expedite check-ins for guests including VIP guests, arranging amenities, blocking rooms, running daily reports, and maintaining the logbook
- Monitor and control daily revenues and expenses by ensuring procedures are followed and proper controls are in place
- Assist in motivating, supervising, coaching, developing, empowering, and disciplining the Front Office Agents
- Respond to guests' special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns, and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Ensure Standard Operation Procedures are being followed by Front Office staff
- Establish a positive and effective working relationship with all departments in the hotel
