Upholding all ServSafe guidelines and ensuring full compliance with state, local, and federal health and safety regulations are essential duties in maintaining the restaurant's reputation and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates for this role will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and stressful situations. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar managerial capacity within the restaurant industry is required, supported by a valid ServSafe certification. Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and restaurant sanitation standards is crucial for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to meet the operational demands of the restaurant.
