Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2 years of restaurant management experience especially in quick service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Time management abilities
  • Team player attitude
  • Open availability including weekends holidays and willingness to work 10-hour shifts
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with dependable attendance

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality and labor
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
  • Complete an 8-12 week paid training program including ServSafe Certification and management skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
