This role is crucial in driving the store's overall success, emphasizing people, customer service, store contribution, and shrink reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will play an integral part in leading, guiding, and supporting the store team to achieve sales and profit goals. Prioritizing exceptional customer service is a key component of this role, alongside maintaining an organized and productive environment.

Identifying and escalating inventory discrepancies is part of the Assistant Store Manager's duties, ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets shrink reduction goals.

Additional qualities ideal for this position include strong business acumen, accountability, adaptability to a changing environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in nurturing talent and effective communication skills are critical to leading by example and fostering a positive workplace culture. Proficiency in using Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite enhances performance in this role. This full-time position offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, critical illness coverage, 401K with company match, bonus program, profit sharing, employee assistance programs, and employee discount opportunities, contributing to a comprehensive employee experience.
