Job Requirements

  • 3-6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or similar fast-paced setting
  • completion of required training modules
  • strong understanding of brand values
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven reliability and ability to work independently
  • ability to lead by example and provide constructive feedback
  • knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards

Job Duties

  • Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations
  • support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development
  • foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment that prioritizes guest experience and team well-being
  • communicate consistently and clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members
  • execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices
  • assist in upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store
  • step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift
