- 3-6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or similar fast-paced setting
- completion of required training modules

Job Duties
- Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations
- support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development
- foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment that prioritizes guest experience and team well-being
- communicate consistently and clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members
- execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices
- assist in upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store
- step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift
