Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • four years of administrative experience including three years of supervisory experience in event, retail, or restaurant management
  • must have or obtain Class C vehicle operator's license within 30 days
  • ability to work outside normal business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • compliance with state and federal laws, university policies and safety regulations
  • ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and handle moderate to heavy objects
  • ability to work independently and under pressure
  • must be security sensitive
  • reliable transportation and driving of state vehicles
  • commitment to university values and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • four years of administrative experience including three years of supervisory experience in event, retail, or restaurant management
  • established capability in leading and developing teams
  • ability to identify and organize work priorities
  • advanced oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
  • skilled in delegating and utilizing personnel skills
  • ability to multitask and work cooperatively
  • skilled in delivering precise and thorough work within established timeframes
