Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train, support, and supervise the FOH food and beverage team
- Ensure team members adhere to company service standards and operational procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Support leadership with training initiatives and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily floor operations ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Manage table assignments, staff rotations, and assist with scheduling to maintain efficiency
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team ensuring timely and accurate order delivery and service
- Conduct regular stock counts and submit purchase requests to maintain proper inventory levels
- Oversee marketing displays ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised
- Collect end-of-day server and bar reports
- Track and report inventory including waste and trends
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met every day on all shifts
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service statutes and internal operational policies
