As an Assistant Manager, the individual will play an integral part in executing company policies and enhancing team performance by teaching, coaching, and leading the store crew members. Responsibilities span from maximizing store sales through outstanding customer satisfaction and food quality to managing daily operations including the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
