The role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for executing the company's brand strategy while promoting the core values of vision, mission, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will operate on a rotating 3-week schedule with an average of 45 hours per week, beginning shifts early in the morning at 5:30 am and ending mid-afternoon at 3:00 pm. The compensation packet offers an hourly wage of $17.50 to $18.00, translating to an annual salary range of approximately $45,000 to $52,000. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
