As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's brand strategy and upholding its mission, vision, and core values. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $18.00, translating to an annual salary between $49,000 and $53,000. The work schedule is based on a rotating 3-week shift pattern, generally consisting of a 45-hour workweek that starts at 5:30 am and ends at 3:00 pm. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and is considered a key member of the leadership team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver license
- Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
- Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team
- Ability to build an environment of trust
- Effective communication skills with leadership team members
- Ability to identify effective team alignment

Job Duties

- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
