This position is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (also known as Food Service Supervisor or Management role) at Braum's. The role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $17.50 to $18.00, which corresponds to an annual salary between $58,500 and $62,500. This is a full-time position with a rotating three-week work schedule requiring about 45 hours per week, with shifts typically starting at 5:30 am and ending at 3:00 pm. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and will play a key leadership role in managing daily food service operations and supporting the achievement of sales and service goals.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required

- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
