Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 3 years food or beverage management experience required
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- experience with Stratton Warren purchasing system preferred
- knowledge of Info-genesis POS system preferred
- ability to manage beverage inventory and control costs
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work any shift
- professional appearance and punctuality required
- able to work in fast-paced, noisy, and crowded environment
- able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- associates or bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
- minimum of 3 years of food or beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- familiarity with Stratton Warren purchasing system and POS procedures on Info-genesis platform preferred
- strong acumen in managing beverage assets including inventory control, pour analysis, pricing, and purchasing specifications
- experience in high-volume beverage operations preferred
- experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred
- team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- ability to exercise independent judgment
- professional appearance and demeanor
- punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Adhere to Seminole Tribe's policies and procedures
- conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations and departmental policies
- oversee floor, service and operations responsibilities for the Beverage department during assigned shift
- focus on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department and cocktail operation
- drive team member satisfaction with ongoing training and development
- ensure safe alcohol service and protection of beverage assets
- supervise assistant managers and hold team members accountable for maintaining high performance
