The Beverage Shift Manager role at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is an integral leadership position within the Beverage Department, reporting directly to the Beverage Manager. This role demands a seasoned hospitality professional eager to manage beverage operations during assigned shifts while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with gaming regulations. The Beverage Shift Manager will supervise Assistant Managers, ensuring team members uphold safe alcohol service practices and maintain asset protection. This position commands oversight of bar operations, focusing on workflow, infrastructure, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The manager will also champion ongoing staff training and development to boost team morale and operational efficiency. The role requires not only operational expertise but also strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a customer-focused atmosphere. Candidates should be comfortable working any shift given the 24/7 nature of the gaming and hospitality business. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
minimum 3 years food or beverage management experience required
proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
experience with Stratton Warren purchasing system preferred
knowledge of Info-genesis POS system preferred
ability to manage beverage inventory and control costs
excellent leadership and communication skills
ability to work any shift
professional appearance and punctuality required
able to work in fast-paced, noisy, and crowded environment
able to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
associates or bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
minimum of 3 years of food or beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
familiarity with Stratton Warren purchasing system and POS procedures on Info-genesis platform preferred
strong acumen in managing beverage assets including inventory control, pour analysis, pricing, and purchasing specifications
experience in high-volume beverage operations preferred
experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred
team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
ability to exercise independent judgment

Job Duties

Adhere to Seminole Tribe's policies and procedures
conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations and departmental policies
oversee floor, service and operations responsibilities for the Beverage department during assigned shift
focus on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department and cocktail operation
drive team member satisfaction with ongoing training and development
ensure safe alcohol service and protection of beverage assets
supervise assistant managers and hold team members accountable for maintaining high performance
