This particular role is for a Department Manager, responsible for leading shifts and managing teams to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers while upholding high standards of food quality and safety. Job Duties
- Lead shift operations ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned restaurant systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and well-coordinated front counter and drive-thru operations
- Supervise Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality and safe food production while controlling food costs
- Manage People Department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew members
- Coach team members and support leadership development within the store
