Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 2+ years experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- possession of a valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- successful background check and motor vehicle record check
- possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication skills in English
- 1+ years experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager for Shift Manager
- ability to communicate effectively in primary work location language(s)
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1+ years previous experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor/manager for Shift Manager
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service and food products using Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards
- assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities
- enhance the customer visit experience
- assist and learn management duties from Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- supervise restaurant operations during shifts
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
