Job Requirements

  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • acceptable driving record for roles requiring significant business driving
  • ability to take personal ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • maturity in handling constructive criticism
  • ability to operate under minimal supervision with self-motivation
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • teamwork and optimistic leadership approach
  • ability to provide clear work direction and motivate team
  • analytical skills for report reading and inventory counting

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably QSR
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • ability to maintain acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles

Job Duties
