The Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing multiple operational areas within the restaurant. This includes overseeing the hospitality team, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and managing kitchen and bar functions. The role involves assisting in hiring, orientation, training, and development of employees to build a competent and engaged workforce. The Assistant Manager is also tasked with resolving guest complaints promptly and effectively to uphold guest satisfaction and brand reputation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
