Job Description

Flynn Arby's is a major restaurant franchise operator and a key part of the Flynn Group, which became the largest Arby's franchisee worldwide after acquiring more than 300 restaurants in 2018. The Flynn Group itself, established in 1999 by Greg Flynn, has grown tremendously to become the largest franchise operator globally, managing an impressive portfolio of iconic brands across various segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. This extensive brand diversity reflects the group's commitment to excellence in food service and hospitality, operating with the mission to be the premier operator within each brand. Core values that guide Flynn Group's business practices include genuine care for people, a competitive spirit to excel, and teamwork to achieve collective success.

At Flynn Arby's, we are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of one of the world’s leading food and hospitality companies. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, managing inventory, assisting with scheduling and labor cost control, and leading by example to motivate the team towards meeting sales goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a passion for outstanding guest experiences.

The role demands exceptional communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. You will also collaborate with the wider management team to identify and implement operational improvements, ensuring that the restaurant environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations. Our Assistant Managers are empowered to contribute meaningfully to the success of the business and rewarded with competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $18 per hour, including monthly profit sharing bonuses.

We offer a robust and comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' health, well-being, and professional growth. This includes health savings accounts, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, legal plan access, pet insurance, employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, participation in employee resource groups, and tuition reimbursement programs in partnership with Colorado Technical University. Both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 30 hours per week) are encouraged to apply. Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and providing accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
