The role of Assistant Manager at Wingstop is pivotal in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will also coordinate with human resources, accounting, and payroll departments professionally and assist with scheduling regular facility maintenance. Physically, the role requires the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds when necessary.
