As part of its growing team, Flynn Arby's seeks an Assistant Manager to join their exceptional workforce. This role is a unique opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, possess proven leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operational flow of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, managing inventory with strict adherence to food safety standards, and assisting with labor cost control through effective scheduling. The role demands leadership to motivate the team towards achieving sales targets and the skill to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintaining a clean and organized environment is essential, as is collaborating with the management team to drive operational improvements.
