This role not only demands leadership skills but also requires assisting in the development and mentorship of Crew and Shift Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary tools and guidance to excel in their roles. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be keen on operational excellence, be able to handle financial and mathematical tasks related to the restaurant’s performance, and possess a foundational understanding of computer applications relevant to restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have prior retail or supervisory experience and want to advance their career within the restaurant management field.
