This role is for an Assistant Manager position within a Panda Express store, where you will play a vital role in the operational success of a single store. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally. Having Serve Safe certification and a high school diploma is mandatory for candidates applying for this role.
