Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
High school diploma or GED preferred
Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain a state-approved license
Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
Remain calm and organized in a fast-paced atmosphere
Positive and friendly attitude toward guests
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

Partner with the Restaurant Manager to run a profitable and well-operated restaurant
Help control costs and build sales
Maximize profits while ensuring great customer service
Ensure strong team performance and a professional restaurant environment
Provide genuine hospitality with a warm welcome and friendly interaction
Develop goals and action plans for team members' personal and professional growth
Maintain organization and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
