This opportunity is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management at Braum's. The role primarily focuses on supporting the Store Manager in executing the company’s brand strategies while promoting Braum’s vision, mission, and values to create an outstanding customer experience and maximize sales. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial leadership role by coaching and leading the store crew to deliver high-quality service and food. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, managing inventory and supply levels, monitoring kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and enforcing store policies and procedures.

Braum's offers this position as a full-time opportunity with an expected 45-hour work week on a rotating three-week schedule, working from 2:00 pm until close. The hourly compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.00, translating to an annual salary between $44,000 and $49,000, complemented by a top-tier bonus program paid bi-weekly.
