Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide leadership and coaching to crew members, manage daily food service operations, including grocery market and fountain sales, and ensure high standards in inventory control, safety, and cleanliness. The role requires the ability to adapt to changing needs, maintain an organized approach, and effectively communicate with team members at all levels. With a shift from 2:00 pm to close and a rotating schedule averaging 45 hours per week, this role offers an attractive hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $17.00, equating to an annual salary between $45,000 and $49,500.
