Job Requirements
- Food handler certification required
- 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- 6 months experience using computer and POS system
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Meet restaurant operating policies, including cash handling and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Food handler certification
- 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals
- Assist all other positions when necessary
- Drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
- Ensure restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
- Create culture through respect, recognition, and reward
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Develop positive relationships with shift team
- Deliver excellent customer service with guest first attitude
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members
- Follow cash management and register policies
- Assist in tracking inventory and order management
- Resolve guest issues efficiently with positive attitude
- Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- Use company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with risk management and safety standards
