This position is an hourly job with a competitive compensation range of $24 to $25 per hour, and an annual total compensation package that can go up to $52,000 depending on experience and location. Job Requirements

Food handler certification required
2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred
6 months experience using computer and POS system
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Meet restaurant operating policies, including cash handling and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals
Assist all other positions when necessary
Drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
Ensure restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
Create culture through respect, recognition, and reward
Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
Develop positive relationships with shift team
Deliver excellent customer service with guest first attitude
Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members
Follow cash management and register policies
Assist in tracking inventory and order management
Resolve guest issues efficiently with positive attitude
Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
Use company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Ensure compliance with risk management and safety standards
