This job opportunity is based in Louisville, KY, at one of our Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar locations situated along the Outer Loop. Applebee's has firmly established itself as a neighborhood place where guests can relax and enjoy a wide variety of appealing dishes in a casual and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining operational excellence while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a supervisor, you will be entrusted with a variety of vital responsibilities, including maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to safety and food preparation standards, and supervising the staff to ensure they consistently meet Applebee's high standards. Your leadership will directly impact the satisfaction and experience of our guests, as you work to resolve complaints and provide timely, friendly service. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in team management, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development, ensuring that each team member grows in their role and contributes positively to the team dynamic.

Financial performance is also a key part of this role, with your assistance in inventory management and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability. You will be a motivator and a leader, setting daily goals and managing schedules to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. Communication is paramount, acting as a vital liaison between staff, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

The compensation package for this role ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 annually, complemented by a quarterly bonus plan based on performance. We offer a variety of benefits including a comprehensive 401K plan, health, dental, and vision insurance options, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement.
