Job Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing including ladder use
frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including overhead
continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception
work in environments with hot and cold temperature variations and food allergens
operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including knives and fryers

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
possess valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
have open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
successful completion of background check
demonstrate leadership qualities and organizational skills
able to interact cooperatively with others
1-3 years management experience required
restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties

Complete all training requirements including assistant manager development plan
obtain food safety certification and manager certification
enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
ensure team members receive proper training including ongoing coaching and development
create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level and achieve goals
ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
communicate performance concerns to general manager
assist with performance reviews and mentor team members

handle and report guest and team member complaints and concerns
ensure processes, policies, and procedures are followed
maintain compliance with franchising and company guidelines
comply with federal, state, and local laws
utilize management tools and keep accurate records
maintain an attitude of flexibility to perform beyond job description
ensure team works safely following all safety guidelines
report all human resources and risk management concerns to managers
escalate concerns when appropriate
