Compensation for the Assistant General Manager role ranges from $16.52 to $27.53 per hour, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. The role is physically active, involving standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
