Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, squat, and stand for long periods
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow all federal and state regulations including OSHA and EEOC requirements
  • Ability to provide adult supervision to employees under 18
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards and procedures
  • Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products are served as described in the training handbook
  • Display proper image and follow company policies, procedures, and standards for conduct
  • Clean and organize work stations and maintain restaurant image standards in compliance with health department regulations
  • Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure safety and security procedures are followed by all colleagues
  • Provide direction, feedback, coaching, and counseling to colleagues to ensure job duties and company standards are met
  • Perform tasks associated with food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls and monitor shift activities
  • Complete all daily paperwork accurately and neatly as directed
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties timely
