Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing both front and back of house operations
- Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and profit and loss

Job Duties
- Execute and comply with food safety and quality assurance standards
- Manage food, inventory, and equipment controls
- Maintain food service and production levels by leading BOH and FOH teams
- Provide exceptional customer experience through excellent dine-in, take-out, and delivery service
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant to high company standards
- Direct, coach, and train team members to achieve high performance
- Manage labor controls including recruitment, hiring, retention, and performance development
- Maintain financial controls including P&L, budget, and SPLH ownership
- Identify and secure sales opportunities proactively
- Complete all administrative managerial responsibilities and reporting accurately
