The Assistant Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor role at Braum's is a dynamic leadership position focused on driving the store's success by implementing the company's brand strategy and promoting its core values of vision, mission, and customer-first approach. The Assistant Manager actively oversees daily operations encompassing food service, grocery market functions, and fountain sales, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory and supply levels, overseeing kitchen equipment maintenance, as well as ensuring safety and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed. The work schedule for this role is based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour workweek, typically working from 2:00 pm until closing. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
