Job Requirements

sit, stand, and walk continuously

Job Qualifications

must be 18 years of age or older
must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
open availability to work at least 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills
ability to interact cooperatively with others
1-3 years management experience required
restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties

complete all training requirements including assistant manager development plan and food safety and manager certification
enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
ensure team members receive proper training including ongoing coaching and development
create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
supervise, provide leadership, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals
ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
communicate performance concerns to general manager
assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
create and maintain positive culture and team morale through recognition and leading by example
handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries timely and respectfully
ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are properly followed
maintain operational standards and compliance with company guidelines
ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
utilize management tools and keep accurate records
maintain an attitude of flexibility beyond position parameters
ensure team works safely and follows safety guidelines
report human resources and risk management concerns promptly
escalate other concerns appropriately
perform all other duties necessary to ensure proper restaurant operations
