Job Duties

Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
maintain food safety certification and manager certification
enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet and exceed expectations
train, coach, and develop team members
create and manage work schedules following company standards and local laws
plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
supervise and lead team members to achieve quarterly goals
ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
communicate performance concerns to general manager
assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
foster a positive culture and team morale through recognition and leadership
handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries in a timely and respectful manner
enforce compliance with all operational processes, policies, and procedures
maintain operational standards and ensure franchise and company guideline compliance
comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
utilize management tools and maintain accurate records
maintain an attitude of flexibility to exceed position requirements
ensure team adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
