This position is for a Shift Manager role at a Wenesco-operated Wendy's restaurant. The Shift Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily operations and staff management supporting the General Manager. This leader will spearhead staffing, training, and scheduling to cultivate and retain a five-star team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves recognizing talented individuals suitable for various positions and strategically aligning them through effective scheduling to optimize performance.
