The Assistant Manager at Panda Express plays a crucial role in the success of a single store operation. This position is responsible for coordinating daily activities, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve the store’s financial goals while ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest experiences. The role demands someone with flexibility, leadership skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-or-more weeks store leadership training program designed to prepare them thoroughly for their responsibilities. The company offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and continuous support from their Panda community, which is dedicated to the professional and personal development of its associates. This is a full-time leadership position with a generous compensation package and bonus opportunities.
