We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join the Flynn Arbys team. This position requires an individual who possesses strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to handle various operational responsibilities such as inventory management, labor control, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager will be instrumental in maintaining an organized, clean restaurant environment and enabling the team to achieve sales goals through effective leadership and collaboration with the management team.
