These values shape the company culture and guide the organization in its mission to deliver stellar experiences for guests and employees alike. Flynn Arbys continues to grow through new store openings and strategic acquisitions of other franchise operators, reinforcing its dominance and dedication to delivering quality, service, and value.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join the Flynn Arbys team. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys motivating a team, and is committed to operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career within a reputable and growing company. The position is available on full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) basis and offers a competitive benefits package that supports the well-being and development of its employees.

Beyond operational duties, Flynn Arbys and the broader Flynn Group provide a supportive environment encouraging continuous learning and professional growth, including tuition reimbursement programs and multiple employee assistance resources.
