Your role will involve assisting in the management of daily operations, supporting the training and development of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, and ensuring smooth service flow during shifts. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with financial oversight, staff scheduling, and problem resolution, all aimed at achieving profitable top-line sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age where applicable
- previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic proficiency with computers
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- fluent in English
- experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles

Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
