Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Management experience in food service or quick service dining
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Leadership skills
Job Duties
- Run your assigned restaurant alongside or in the absence of the General Manager
- Manage the flow of all restaurant operations ensuring that budgeted sales and profit goals are consistently met
- Handle finances and make a daily run to the bank when needed
- Implement training programs for your hourly team members
- Improve unit operations and the overall guest experience
- Assist with strategizing and executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives for your assigned unit
- Help with the recruitment, training, and retention of all team members
- Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous supplies
- Stay in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by being diligent about correct sanitation practices and safety measures
- Verify all equipment and the building structure are in working shape and meet federal guidelines
