Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- pass background check and drug test
- able to stock shelves and coolers
- able to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle outdoor cleaning
- able to stand, walk, and stoop for 90 percent of the shift
- understand and use the approved timekeeping system
- report to work on time and in uniform
- provide appropriate notice when unable to work
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- ability to manage and direct employees
- excellent communication and leadership skills

- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Execute the MIC Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
- assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
- demonstrate a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
- oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment ensuring food safety precautions are met
- delegate tasks and give instructions while maintaining patience and a positive attitude
- respond quickly and appropriately to problems and take ownership of solutions
- provide ongoing feedback and support to team members while participating in their training
