The Assistant Manager at Wendy's plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. This position involves supervising staff performance, training crew members, and ensuring that food safety standards and procedures are strictly followed. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for interacting with customers to provide a positive dining experience and will execute cost control systems to maximize profitability.
