This Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins restaurant located at 4487 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30324, is an independently owned and operated franchise. The franchise is granted by DD Franchising LLC and BR Franchising LLC respectively. As a franchisee business, they operate independently of Dunkin Brands Inc. and its affiliates. The franchisee is the exclusive employer of all staff, responsible for setting wages and benefits unique to their operations, which may vary from other franchise locations. Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins are well-known brands with trademarks, logos, and designs licensed from their respective IP holders, DD IP Holder LLC and BR IP Holder LLC.
The opportunity at this franchise location is for the role of Assistant Manager, an important staff position supporting the Restaurant Manager in effective leadership and operational excellence. As Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will champion a positive and productive team environment, foster respect and strong communication within the team, and motivate crew members and shift leaders through coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, training, cross-training, deployment, and delegation to build a skilled, motivated workforce dedicated to guest satisfaction and high performance.
Assistant Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. They help ensure that the restaurant adheres to brand standards, maintains high product quality, cleanliness, and service levels. Promoting a sense of urgency and prioritizing guest needs are key aspects of the role. They are accountable for monitoring team performance, completing required food safety training such as ServSafe certification, and enforcing all operational policies and procedures.
On the business side, the Assistant Manager helps drive profitability by managing labor and food costs, cash control, and implementing marketing initiatives tailored to increase sales. They assist in assessing restaurant performance, developing action plans to address opportunities, and executing strategies in alignment with the Restaurant Manager's directives. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees is another essential responsibility covered under preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect providing coaching and feedback recognizing achievements resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
- Assist in the recruitment selection and training of crew members and shift leaders
