Braum's is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager, a Food Service Supervisor role that plays a crucial part in supporting the store's daily operations and team leadership. This position is ideal for individuals who are positive, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent service. The role offers an excellent compensation package, including an hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $17.00, translating to an annual salary of approximately $43,500 to $47,000. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key leader in executing Braum's brand strategy, vision, mission, and values. Your primary focus will be to help create an outstanding customer experience while maximizing sales. You will lead by example, teaching and coaching the store crew members, and overseeing various aspects of the store's operations including food service, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory and supply levels, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

This role requires actively sharing responsibility for adhering to Braum's store policies and practices, serving as a role model and resource for other team members. The shift typically runs from 2:00 pm to close, with a rotating three-week schedule and an expected 45-hour workweek. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the store's success while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
