The Co-Manager role at Little Caesars is pivotal to the success of each restaurant’s daily operations. The Co-Manager must also handle the opening and closing duties of the restaurant, manage staff schedules, and assist in recruitment and training initiatives. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, including physical duties such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in restaurant management or customer service roles, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of thriving in a high-energy work environment. The role also necessitates a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for banking and delivery responsibilities when assigned.

Little Caesars offers a structured training program, including a six-week management module and ongoing operational on-the-job training, to support new Co-Managers in their career growth and success within the company.
