The Co-Manager role at Little Caesars is pivotal to the success of each restaurant’s daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation to guarantee consistent and high-quality products, managing cash handling and security procedures, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and image, and ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations. The Co-Manager must also handle the opening and closing duties of the restaurant, manage staff schedules, and assist in recruitment and training initiatives. A critical part of the role involves food, labor, and utility cost controls to help maintain profitability. The Co-Manager plays a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered within service time goals following company standards.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, including physical duties such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in restaurant management or customer service roles, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of thriving in a high-energy work environment. The role also necessitates a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for banking and delivery responsibilities when assigned.

Little Caesars offers a structured training program, including a six-week management module and ongoing operational on-the-job training, to support new Co-Managers in their career growth and success within the company. Candidates are expected to meet company background verification standards and possess legal authorization to work in the United States as part of the hiring process. Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • possess valid driver’s license and maintain driving record within company guidelines
  • reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • able to work minimum 40 hours a week
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to lift and move 55 pounds
  • ability to operate equipment safely
  • able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, squatting, standing for long periods
  • pass required training and certification
  • able to follow directions and understand product specifications
  • capable of managing staff and motivating team
  • meet Little Caesars background verification
  • provide legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer contact preferred
  • at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic math skills
  • minimum of three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Assistant Manager or hired as a Co-Manager Trainee
  • interviewed by Area Supervisor, Market Director or Franchise Owner, and Recruiter/Trainer
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
  • dependable and capable of working under pressure
  • able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • valid driver’s license with driving record within company guidelines
  • reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • meet Little Caesars Background Verification guidelines
  • provide documentation for eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Serve customers correct and complete orders within service time goals
  • prepare and ensure consistent, high quality products
  • display proper image and follow company policies and standards
  • clean and organize work stations maintaining restaurant image and health standards
  • perform cash management and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
  • provide direction and feedback to colleagues, coach and counsel to ensure duties and standards are met
  • perform food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls and monitor shift activities
  • complete all paperwork accurately and neatly
  • follow procedures for opening and closing the restaurant and handle unexpected occurrences
  • complete assignments including paperwork, recruiting, training, marketing, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and image
