Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic math skills for cash and cost management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Work productively and supervise restaurant colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift
  • Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, telephone and front counter procedures, and remedy process if necessary
  • Prepare and ensure consistent, high quality products are served to customers
  • Display the proper image and follow policies, procedures and standards for conduct
  • Clean and organize work stations and ensure standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and local health department
  • Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance by colleagues to all safety and security procedures
  • Provide direction and feedback to colleagues and follow up by coaching or counseling to ensure job duties are performed
  • Perform tasks associated with food and paper controls, labor and utility cost controls and monitor shift activities to ensure compliance
  • Follow procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handle unexpected occurrences, and notify appropriate parties in a timely fashion
